Before you do that, there is a good chance you will find the answer to your question if you type it into the "How can we help?" Search Bar. Most of the time that will answer your question immediately and you won't need to wait for a reply.
If submitting a request about your order be sure to include any order information such as product ordered, order email and invoice number.
How to know you've successfully submitted your question: When you send us a message through our "Submit a request" form or send us an email, we will send you an automatic email response to confirm your message has been received by us and a ticket has been created in our system. If you do not receive an automatic response, we did not receive your message and you will need to submit your question again.
If you want to check the status of your request for assistance, you can set up an account with Marketing Rebel Support by click on the Sign in link on the top right of this page and create an account. Keep in mind creating an account with us is not required for submitting a request or getting a reply from our team.
